Artichokes with Garlic Parmesan Dip

Artichokes are such a yummy veggie! All of us really like them. Usually when we make Artichokes I dip the leaves in mayonnaise! I know it’s so not healthy but its soo good! Really it’s the only way to eat them. I also really like Spinach Artichoke dip, also not healthy! But this post isn't about being Healthy! So I thought what if you took the spinach and artichoke out of the dip what would you have left? Garlic Parmesan dip and why not dip the Artichokes in that? It’s gotta be good right? I think it's AMAZING! But you decide, give it a try and let me know what you think!

Here’s what you’ll need:

4 Artichokes steamed and set aside

3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 (8oz) Cream Cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan

Salt and Pepper to taste

Here’s how you make it:

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy, spread into a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
Dip the Artichoke leaves into the Garlic Parmesan dip! If you have extra dip use chips or crackers to scoop up the yummy goodness!

ENJOY!
